By accessing or purchasing from Wing Timepieces, you agree to the following terms:

All content, design, images, and product descriptions on this site are the property of Wing Timepieces.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of this site without written permission.
Wing Timepieces reserves the right to change pricing, availability, or product details without notice.
Any disputes will be governed under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Limitation of Liability: Wing Timepieces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products, including delays, inaccuracies, or losses.

2. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final

Wing Timepieces does not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstance. Each timepiece is made-to-order, produced in limited quantities, and crafted specifically for the individual customer. Please ensure all order details (including size and material) are correct at checkout.

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. When you place an order or sign up for updates, we collect personal data such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information.

We use this information solely to process your order and communicate with you.
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.

You can contact us at any time to request access to or deletion of your data.

4. Shipping Policy

All timepieces are made-to-order and are expected to ship by the end of 2025. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our product, delays may occur. We will communicate updates via email.

All shipments are tracked and insured.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Wing Timepieces is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your payment will be charged immediately.
Your item will be custom-made and delivered at a future date (currently estimated for late 2025).
Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift due to production schedules.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are sold as-is. We do not offer warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Should your item arrive damaged, please contact support@wingtimepieces.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll do our best to make it right within reasonable limits.

7. Service & Repairs

Starting once orders have shipped, Wing Timepieces will offer a paid service program for repairs, adjustments, and maintenance. Customers will be able to send their ring watches to our service centre, where our team can assess and fix issues for a quoted fee.

More details will be shared via email and on our website once this service is active.

8. Force Majeure

Wing Timepieces is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, acts of war, labor shortages, or government restrictions.
