- Limitation of Liability: Wing Timepieces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products, including delays, inaccuracies, or losses.
2. Refund & Return Policy
Wing Timepieces does not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstance. Each timepiece is made-to-order, produced in limited quantities, and crafted specifically for the individual customer. Please ensure all order details (including size and material) are correct at checkout.
3. Privacy Policy
- We use this information solely to process your order and communicate with you.
- We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.
4. Shipping Policy
- All shipments are tracked and insured.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- Wing Timepieces is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
5. Pre-Order Terms
- Your payment will be charged immediately.
- Your item will be custom-made and delivered at a future date (currently estimated for late 2025).
- Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift due to production schedules.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact support@wingtimepieces.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll do our best to make it right within reasonable limits.
7. Service & Repairs
Starting once orders have shipped, Wing Timepieces will offer a paid service program for repairs, adjustments, and maintenance. Customers will be able to send their ring watches to our service centre, where our team can assess and fix issues for a quoted fee.
8. Force Majeure
Wing Timepieces is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, acts of war, labor shortages, or government restrictions.
